Only Touch

It's as if this amazing song by Random Rab was written for our collection...

Lyrics: "Only Touch"

Only Touch...

Down in the bottom
I hang in rhythm
Holding the water with a lonely touch
Catch my ashes
Set upon the river
See with no eyes and it is too much

Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
Always
Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
Don't forget about it
Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
No one stays
Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
Let's forget about it

Only Touch....

Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
This is no dream
Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
I'm joining you
Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
You've awoken me
Do you like it, do you like it, do you like it?
Ah let's forget about it

Down in the bottom
I hang in rhythm
Holding the water with a lonely touch
Catch my ashes
Set upon the river
See with no eyes and it is too much

Round scarf...

...and NO STITCHES!

Leggings

Avoiding the seams...

Sewing is not exactly my strongest side, so I'm trying to avoid it as long as possible.

the skirt

i did some mock-ups for the skirt last night. my plan is to make a skirt which is a bit shorter from the front and over the knee from the back. i´m using a single rectangular piece of fabric without any cutouts.
i´m still having trouble to find the material i used for the felting sample. if i don´t find the a similar fabric i will use linen instead of cotton.

a draft

these are my sketches for the sweater i´m already making. the main idea for this garment is to use different knitted textures (see the samples from my earlier posts). my favourite texture is the "pearls".

knitting on the road

i just started with my first garment. i mainly to my kinitting while being on the road. this is a great pastime.
i´m using 100% alpaca wool for this piece.
